Now after India’s grand victory at ICJ, Pakistan is crying foul saying that they will drag the Kashmir issue and Indus water treaty to International Court of Justice. Sartaj Aziz, Pakistan’s Foreign Affairs Minister could be seen desperate to take the case to the ICJ while showing the desire to bring an ad hoc judge to the panel who could explain the Kashmir issue properly in the court.
The Interior Minister Chowdhary Nisaar claimed that the case must be tried according to the domestic law. Well, the desperate measures that Pakistan is seeking right now are not to our surprise as we all are aware of Pakistan’s not to accepting nature towards anything.
Pakistan seems desperate after facing a huge psychological setback in the Kulbhushan case. Initially Pakistan was quite confident about the case but after hearing the verdict against them, it is reiterating that they did not get enough time to prepare. It is a very nature of Pakistan to first take wrong decisions and then crying over it.
Well, test your luck Pakistan for the other two issues you are trying to take up to ICJ.
