On December 25, when the world was busy merrymaking on the Christmas day, Pakistan was plotting yet another trap to pull India down. This time this plot came in the form of calling Kulbhushan Jadhav’s mother and wife to Islamabad to meet Kulbhushan, who has been sentenced to death in Pakistan.
Earlier this year, Kulbhushan Jadhav was sentenced to death after keeping in captivation for 22 months. An Indian national, Kulbhushan’s crime was that he had apparently been an Indian spy though Pakistan has no report to stamp this claim. However, on receiving intervention from the International Court of Justice in Hague, Pakistan’s effort to send Kulbhushan to the gallows was curbed.
While Kulbhushan’s family was allowed to meet him, the two parties had a glass door separating them through which one could barely hear the other, and CCTV monitoring was enabled throughout the meeting. Later, Jadhav’s wife was allowed to speak to her husband through telephone.
Enlightening more on the incident, the MEA spokesperson said that not only Pakistan had been lying blatantly on Jadhav’s plight but his family – comprising of his mother and wife – were harassed relentlessly by the Pakistan media, when they went to the neighboring country to meet him.

It was after 22 months that Kulbhushan Jadhav had got a chance to meet his mother and his wife. Although Pakistan made the meeting happen, but the way they plotted the entire event is extremely deplorable.
Meanwhile, the Indian Army avenged its martyrs once again on December 25, at around 6 pm, by answering another ceasefire violation by Pakistan. Pakistan violated cease fire in Keri on December 23. Yesterday India avenged the same by launching a cross border raid.
According to reports coming in, the Ghatak team of Indian Army penetrated about 300 meters into the Pakistan territory and launched the attack.
